Cheese Ball

Cheese Ball

This is one of the easiest, but most delicious cheese balls you have tasted. This has always been a Christmas staple, but have recently used it for any pot luck or get together. Give it a try!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 packages of cream cheese
  • 3 packages of thin meat beef, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp of Accent seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

Add cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Chop up the thin beef and the onion and add to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. For best results, use your hands to mix thoroughly.  Shape into a ball. Refrigerate for an hour to set. Serve with your favorite crackers. We like triscuts and wheat thins!

When you slice them, only keep the bigger rings. The middle pieces are not as good for the rings. I usually only keep the first 4 to 5 outer rings and toss the rest. Next, add the seasonings to the flour. I have 3 bowls that I set up for flour and wet ingredients. The first bowl will have ...
