Keto Friendly Lasgana

Keto Friendly Lasagna This is really yummy, and the homemade "noodles" are perfect if you are watching your carb intake. You can also use the noodle recipe for other recipes like pizza dough. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds of ground beef 1 pound of ground sausage 1 onion, diced 3 cloves of minced garlic 2 tsp of salt 1 tsp of pepper 1/4 cup minced basil 3 cups of shredded Italian cheese blend 2 16 oz containers of cottage cheese 2 eggs Sugar free Pasta Sauce "NOODLE" INGREDIENTS 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese 3 Tbsp of cream cheese 1 cup of coconut flour 2 eggs 1 clove of garlic minced or pressed  1/2 tsp salt INSTRUCTIONS Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees. Add ground beef, sausage, diced onion, salt and pepper together in large skillet. Cook until all browned and cooked together. Add garlic and basil and cook for 1 minute. Drain meat into a colander to drain the grease. Add pasta sauce and stir to combine

LASAGNA Lasagna is one of our kids favorite meals. We get asked to make it at least twice a month!! After many years, I have come up with this recipe and perfected it. So, here it is. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds of ground beef 1 pound of ground sausage 1 onion, diced 3 cloves of minced garlic 2 tsp of salt 1 tsp of pepper 1/4 cup minced basil 3 cups of shredded Italian cheese blend 2 16 oz containers of cottage cheese 2 eggs lasagna noodles (whatever type you like) Pasta Sauce, I use garlic and herb but whatever you like. INSTRUCTIONS Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. Add ground beef, sausage, diced onion, salt and pepper together in large skillet. Cook until all browned and cooked together. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, 2 cups of the Italian cheese and the 2 eggs, and stir to combine.

The Best Garlic Bread You Have Ever Had

The Best Garlic Bread EVER! Garlic bread is one of the best sides for so many dishes.  Our kids absolutely love it and really expect it when we make Lasagna or Spaghetti. This recipe is not only really simple, but absolutely delicious. INGREDIENTS: 1 loaf of french bread 1 stick of butter at room temperature 2 larger cloves of garlic Salad supreme Put softened butter into a mug.  Mince garlic, I actually use a garlic press. It makes it a little easier. add the garlic into the butter and mix it up really well. Let it sit for an hour before spreading. Cut the loaf of french bread in half and put it onto a cookie sheet. Spread the garlic butter onto the bread. Something that makes this truly special id the salad supreme. Sprinkle salad supreme all over the bread. Put bread into the over and set the oven to broil. Keep an eye on it because it just needs t melt the butter and crisp up the bread which happens rather quickly. Serve hot!

Sweet Island Chicken

SWEET ISLAND CHICKEN This chicken dish is one of our go to meals. It is really easy, and so delicious. Plus, the kids LOVE it!  Ingredients: 4 small chicken breasts or 2 large breasts cut in half 1 16 oz bottle of Russian salad dressing 1 20 oz can of pineapple chunks, drained 1 pkg of dry onion soup mix 3/4 of a 32 oz. jar of apricot pineapple preserves 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp pepper DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix Russian dressing, onion soup mix, preserves together in a mixing bowl. Add drained pineapple chunks. Add seasonings and stir until completely combined. Trim chicken, and if using large breasts, cut them in half and put into 9 x 13 baking dish.  Pour the combined sauce over the chicken.   Cover a cookie sheet in tinfoil and put it on bottom oven rack with chicken dish on top rack to bake. Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Yummy Strawberry Pretzel Dessert This dessert was a staple at my house growing up. My mom made it every year for Thanksgiving, but it is amazing anytime of the year!! INGREDIENTS: 1st layer- 2 cups crushed pretzels 3/4 cups melted butter 3 Tbsp sugar 2nd layer- 8 pkg cream cheese; room temperature  1 cup of sugar 8 ounces of cool whip 3rd layer- Two 3 oz or one 6 oz package of strawberry jello 2 cups of boiling water Two 10 oz packages of frozen strawberries, thawed INSTRUCTIONS For the first layer, preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Crush up the pretzels in a food processor or in a bag with a rolling pin, whatever you have. Add pretzels into a 9x13 inch pan along with the 3 Tbsp of sugar and mix up. Melt the butter and add it into the pretzel mixture. Stir until combines and press down into the bottom of the pan. Bake in the oven for 9 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it completely cool before moving onto

Ham Fried Rice

Ham Fried Rice 1 slice of ham steak or diced ham 3 cups of cooked rice 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced carrot 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas 1 clove of minced garlic 1 tsp salt 2 tsp soy sauce sesame oil olive oil INSTRUCTIONS: Cook rice as directed. Dice up carrots and onions. mice up garlic.  Use both oils and oil up a skillet. Just a spin around the pan should be fine. Add onion, carrots, and peas into the skillet and saute. Once the veggies are almost tender, add the garlic  and the diced ham.Cook until fully tender.   Add more oil and dump in rice.  Saute together. Add salt and soy sauce.  In a separate bowl, beat eggs together and dump onto the rice in the pan. Mix to combine and cook, flipping mixture around making sure the egg gets fully cooked. Once browned on all sides it is done. Serve and enjoy!

Vegetable Egg Foo Yung

Egg Foo Yung is one of my favorite Asian dishes. Plus it is very low carb! This is my variation on this yummy dish! Veggie Egg Foo Yung Ingredients: 2 cups of chopped broccoli 1 cup fresh or frozen peas 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 cup of diced onion 1 cup diced or shredded carrots 6 eggs 1 Tbsp +1 tsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp butter Olive oil Sesame oil Gravy: 2 cups of beef stock 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup of cold water 3 Tbsp cornstarch salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: Chop up the vegetables. Make sure to chop the broccoli up into small pieces . Set the garlic aside. Add both types of into oil and butter into a skillet and heat it up. Add onions, carrots and broccoli into the pan and saute until almost tender. Add peas into the pan and cook for around 1 minute. Add garlic and soy sauce then saute until veggies are tender. (If the pan dries up while cooking just add a
